La Guesthouse

Very comfortable stay at La Guesthouse. Chris was an outstanding host, and gave great recommendations for what to do in Lille. Breakfast was a treat. It's a relatively easy walk into the centre. Highly recommend!

Christine was welcoming and charming. The room was stylish, clean and with a lovely array of shower products. Breakfast was a feast! This was a gem and we would like to return.

Lovely stay! Comfortable room, very clean on a quiet street, close to city centre. Christine was absolutely amazing helping with directions, recommendations and an amazing packed breakfast because we had to leave early. Very much appreciated! We would love to go back!

Beautiful place, really nicely done house with lots of thoughtful touches. The breakfast is excellent and Chris is super helpful.

I found a second home at the warm place where Christine takes care of her guests in the most kind way. The rooms are clean and very tastefully decorated. Breakfast is delicious. There is no negative point whatsoever. The cosy house is located in a very silent and peaceful neighbourhood. Metro is a 5 minute walk. We will definitely return to our "second home" everytime we are in Lille

Wonderful B&B with gorgeous rooms, a very welcoming host happy to provide suggestions and answer questions and the most extravagant breakfast! Our room, La Refuge, was modern yet slightly quirky, the bed was great and huge, and the bathroom had some lovely complementary toiletries. The TV has Netflix for some late night relaxing. Location is good, just a short walk from the train station, in a residential neighbourhood. Will definitely be returning.

Chris was the best host we could have imagined. She made sure our stay could not have been more relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed the area and did not have to drive anywhere (except for dinner). The coast path is 6 minutes down the road and you can do a beautiful walk down through the forest and onto the beach. Chris’s breakfasts were fabulous. The room was impeccably clean and well thought-out. The bed was the most comfortable bed, the linen had beautifully matching colours and was extremely soft. We are definitely planning to return and would highly recommend this experience.

The moment we walked in, we were instantly made to be felt at home. Chris sat us down in the living room and offered us some local beer. She told us what to do, see and eat for next couple of days we were at Lille. She is very kind and generous. Her place is clean and spacious. Amenities were available in abundance. You could see all the details that she has thought through to make the guests stay comfortable. Also the breakfast in the morning were delicious and filled us up for almost the whole day. If we ever go back to Lille then this is the only place we will stay and recommend this place to anyone.
